PaRkOuR

Parkour (le parkour) is the art of displacement. It deals about moving around the city or urbanization as efficiently and quickly as possible. It is based in the own techniques of the body. There are a lot of movements.

Parkour focuses on practicing efficient movements to develop one's body and mind, and so, be able to overcome obstacles, easly.

The great wall/ 长城

Great wall, built by the firts chinese emperor, Qin Shi Huan ( 秦始皇）with 7300 km from east to west. Crossing from Shanghai to JiaYu, is one of the 7th wonders of the world. It's been built and rebulit between the 5 centurty and 16 century BC.

Great wall, was bulit, mainly, to avoid enemies (nomads) with cavalry. During the wars, the states of Qi, Yan and Zhao, bulit up extensive fortifications to defend their own borders. Also, built to withstand the attack of small arms such as swords ans spears.
